Welcome to Aaveli. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Averixforge ("Aaveli", "we", "us") governing your use of the Aaveli mobile app and related services. By creating an account or using Aaveli, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be of the age required to consent to processing of health data in your country (18+, or as permitted with parental consent) and legally able to enter these Terms. If you use Aaveli, you confirm you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login (email/phone or Google/Apple sign-in) secure and for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
3. Medical disclaimer
Predictions, insights and answers from Aaveli — including the "Ask Aaveli" AI companion — are estimates and general wellness information. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, should not be relied on for medical, contraceptive, or fertility decisions, and do not create a doctor-patient relationship. For any health concern, or emergencies, contact a qualified professional.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Aaveli for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer, scrape or overload it.
- Upload harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
5. Your content
The data and content you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
6. Intellectual property
Aaveli, its name, logo, design and software are owned by Averixforge and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works without permission.
7. Subscriptions & payments
Aaveli's core features are free. Some features may be offered as a paid subscription in the future; pricing and terms will be shown before purchase and billed via the app store. Store terms and refund policies apply.
8. Availability & changes
We work to keep Aaveli available and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or discontinue features, and update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averixforge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Aaveli and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
